About Mindful Cafe

Mindful Cafe is based in London, England and offers mindfulness workshops to both individuals and organisations. We have been running the sessions weekly for almost three years.

Our workshops are friendly small groups where we do mindfulness sessions and chat. Those of you just starting or those with lots of experience should feel at home here and find friendly support for your regular mindfulness work.

We follow the streamlined, effective, secular (i.e. non-religious) approach to mindfulness pioneered in the US by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn (University of Massachusetts), and in the UK by Professor Mark Williams (Oxford University).

To help people who practice with us get mindfulness techniques and their benefits into their lives a bit faster, we add a very light touch of Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) to our work. 

Our workshops are practical, down to earth, friendly, and experiential.  They focus on helping participants to understand effective mindfulness practice, achieve the benefits it can bring and, perhaps, to learn the beginner’s mind.
